Ingredients:
250g cherry tomatoes |
1tsp crushed garlic |
60ml hellmanns light mayonnaise |
1tsp lemon juice |
4 salmon fillets |
Directions:
1. Mix together the lemon juice, mayonnaise and garlic. 2. Drizzle over the salmon fillets and tomatoes. 3. Bake at 17OC for 15 minutes. |
