cheesey gooey yummy... do I have to say anything else ? Ingredients:
10 tortillas |
1 small jalapeno |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cut each tortilla into 4 pieces. 2. Fry in deep hot fat until crisp. 3. Remove from fat and drain in absorbent towel. 4. Sprinkle cheese on each piece. 5. Drain jalapeno peppers and cut into thin strips. 6. Place one strip jalapenopepper on each tortilla and place tortilla on baking sheet. 7. Broil until cheese melts. |
