This recipe is from my childhood friend who is now a successful caterer in Oxford, NC. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1/4 cup chopped green olives |
2 (50 g) cans anchovy fillets, mashed |
good dash tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. The day before you plan to use this, mix all of the ingredients until well-blended, then store in a covered dish in your refrigerfator. |
