Clipped from a foodie magazine a couple summers ago. Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 cup olive oil |
3 lbs heirloom tomatoes, wedged |
Directions:
1. Whisk together vinegar, salt, mustard and pepper. 2. Add oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly until emulsified. 3. Add tomatoes and toss gently to coat. |
