a modified version of my mom's classic recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
1 cup water
2 beef bouillon cubes (or chicken)
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
1 (16 ounce) can dark red kidney beans
1 cup frozen niblet corn
Directions:
1. .brown ground beef.
2. add remaining ingedients.
3. simmer at least 30 minute.
4. add salt and pepper to taste.
