A recipe from Good Housekeeping's Blend It cookbook. Ingredients:
1/4 cup cranberry juice, chilled (or cranberry juice cocktail) |
1 cup strawberry yogurt |
1 cup frozen strawberries |
Directions:
1. In blender, combine cranberry juice, yogurt, and strawberries and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into 1 tall glass. |
