I stole this recipe from my grandma, she won't give it to anyone. This IS THE BEST you will ever have, It's a heavy, thick, moist pumpkin bread. don't make any change to this recipe! Ingredients:
1 can pumkin |
3 cups sifted flour (3c of flour that has already been sifted, sift again with spices) |
1 cup oil |
3 cups sugar |
3 eggs |
1/2 tsp salt |
1tsp baking soda |
1tsp nutmeg |
1tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp cloves |
Directions:
1. - mix oil and sugar together 2. - add eggs and can of pumkin 3. - sift flour, baking soda and spices together in different bowl 4. - mixer on low, add flour mix 5. - put in tube pan 6. -bake at 350 for about 1:10 min |
