I found this recipe a long time ago in a magazine. It is very easy to make, and taste great as a dip or topping for fresh fruit or with fresh scones. Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream |
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar |
1 (8 ounce) sour cream |
Directions:
1. In a medium, metal mixing bowl, beat whipped cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, and sour cream and beat until smooth and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate until serving time. |
