Heavenly Sweet Potato Casserole |

Here is another excellent recipe that my mother-in-law prepares for Thanksgiving. It tastes excellent!! It's almost like a dessert. (Note: You can use marshmellows instead of pecans, though I prefer pecans by far.) Ingredients:
1 1/2 mashed sweet potatoes |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup pecans |
2 teaspoons flour |
2 teaspoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Beat together the first six ingr.
2. and pour into a baking pan.
3. Mix together the toppings and spread over the top of the potato mixture.
4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
