Compliments to Chef Woody S Ingredients:
1 -2 lb beef tenderloin, roast or 1 -2 lb beef tenderloin steak |
1/2-3/4 cup soy sauce |
1 -2 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 cup crushed coriander seed |
salt |
pepper |
rice vinegar |
sake |
white wine |
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce, sugar and coriander seed. 2. You may add rice vinegar, sake or wine to dilute soy sauce as needed to cover. 3. Marinate meat with sauce at least 1 hour to a few days. 4. Cook on grill to your preference. |
