Incredible dessert sure to please all. Creamy, nutty, luscious. Serve with pride, not only is it pretty, it tastes fantastic. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 package pistachio pudding mix |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 angel food cake |
1 cup heavy cream |
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar |
3 tablespoons toasted pistachios shelled and chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine pudding mix and milk then cook until mixture boils.
2. Cool slightly then stir in sour cream.
3. Chill thoroughly then split cake in 3 layers then spread chocolate mixture between layers.
4. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream sweetened with confectioners sugar.
5. Garnish with pistachios.
