Yummy, gooey, like a hot fudge sundae! Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 cup sugar |
6 tablespoons cocoa, divided |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup hot water |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, 2 T cocoa, baking powder and salt.
2. Stir in the milk, oil and vanilla.
3. Stir until mixed well and smooth.
4. Spread in 9x9 baking pan.
5. Mix brown sugar and remaining cocoa.
6. Sprinkle over batter.
7. Pour hot water over all, do not stir!
8. Bake at 350* for 37 minutes.
