Ingredients:
4 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened |
1 1/2 cups self rising flour |
4 tablespoons cocoa |
1 cup chopped nuts |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 bag marshmallow |
1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar |
4 tablespoons cocoa |
1/2 cup evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed) |
4 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix by hand the eggs,sugar and butter. 3. In a seperate bowl mix flour,cocoa,nuts and vanilla,add this to the egg mixture. 4. Pour into a well greased and floured 19x13 inch pan,bake for 20-25 minutes. 5. When done cut large marshmallows in half and place on cake while hot. 6. Return to the oven for a few minutes to soften and melt. 7. Combine all icing ingredients and stir until smooth. 8. Pour icing over hot cake amd marshmallows. |
