A really yummy side dish that goes with just about anything! Ingredients:
1 bag (2 lb) frozen hash browns |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
8 ounces sour cream |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 teaspoon minced onion |
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 cup corn flakes, crushed |
1/4 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Mix soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup melted butter together. Add salt and onion. Add hash browns and mix. Spread into 9x13-inch baking dish; cover with cheese and then the corn flakes. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter on top. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. |
