This is a quick dessert to make for Super Bowl Parties or tailgate parties... these are kid friendly... Ingredients:
1 package miniature marshmellows (16 ounces) |
1 can mixed nuts (11 1.2 ounces) |
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips |
2 cups butterscotch chips |
1 cup peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle marshmellows and nuts in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 in pan; set aside
2. In a small saucepan, melt chips and peanut butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
3. Pour over marshmellows and nuts.
4. Let stand for 8 to 10 minutes.
5. Gently stir to coat marshmellows.
6. Refrigerate until set; cut into bars.
7. 2 1/2 dozen bars
