My family and I have always served this at baby showers, family functions, etc. Everyone that has had this asked for the recipe! Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons plain flour |
1 cup pineapple juice |
1 egg, beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. 2. Stir constantly until smooth and thickened. 3. Let cool completely. 4. Fold in whipped cream and serve with fresh fruit. |
