This is delicious. Wonderful on bagels, muffins, etc. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 tablespoon instant espresso powder, in |
1 teaspoon warm water |
2 tablespoons powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese until light.
2. In bowl, combine cocoa through sugar.
3. Fold in cream cheese.
4. Stir in vanilla.
5. Chill for several hours in refrigerator.
