Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar |
2/3 cup sugar |
1/2 cup (3 ounces) semisweet chocolate mini morsels |
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar at high speed with an electric mixer 1 minute or until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar to egg white mixture, beating 2 1/2 minutes or until stiff peaks form and sugar dissolves. Gently fold in chocolate morsels. 2. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto 2 lightly greased parchment paper-lined cookie sheets. 3. Place in 400° oven, and turn oven off. Leave in oven overnight or 8 hours. |
