When I made this for Thanksgiving a few years ago, my husband hid it in the crisper for fear everyone else would eat it and he wouldn't get a taste. I watch closer now! Rich! Ingredients:
1 can cherry pie filling |
1 regular can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 can eagle brand |
i large carton cool whip |
1 cup finely chopped pecans (optional) |
1 cup coconut (optional) |
maraschino cherries for garnish |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. 2. I always mix in a mixing bowl and then pour it out into serving bowl. 3. Garnish with Cherries 4. (You can substitute a can of mandarin oranges, chopped, for the pineapple). 5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Refigerate leftovers. |
