Roasted vegetables tossed with whole wheat penne pasta
Ingredients:
4 oz whole wheat penne, cooked
2 t italian dressing
1 medium zucchini
1 small red onion
1/3 cup tomatos, diced
4 t parmesan
Directions:
1. Chop veggies and toss in italian dressing.
2. Roast in 425 degree oven till browned.
3. Cook pasta
4. Toss together with veggies, top with cheese.
