Roasted vegetables tossed with whole wheat penne pasta Ingredients:
4 oz whole wheat penne, cooked |
2 t italian dressing |
1 medium zucchini |
1 small red onion |
1/3 cup tomatos, diced |
4 t parmesan |
Directions:
1. Chop veggies and toss in italian dressing. 2. Roast in 425 degree oven till browned. 3. Cook pasta 4. Toss together with veggies, top with cheese. |
