Too good to be true peanut butter cookies. At 46 calories, you can eat a couple and not feel bad. Oh, and they are almost sugar free and gluten free. Ingredients:
1 c peanut butter |
1 c splenda |
1 egg |
3/4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix Splenda, peanut butter, and egg thoroughly. 2. Roll into small balls, press with a fork in a criss cross design. 3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. 4. When cooled, microwave chocolate chips in 15 second intravels until completely melted, stirring well between each time in the microwave. 5. Using a fork, drizzle chocolate over cookies. I use a back and forth motion to make stripes across the tops. If you like, you could also dip the tops or bottoms into the chocolate. |
