5 dried prunes |
5 dried apricots |
1 t. sesame seeds |
1 t. flax seeds |
20 raw almonds |
3/4 c. plain yogurt |
1/2 c. boiling water |
Directions:
1. cut up prunes and apricots 2. add seeds and nuts 3. pour on boiling water 4. add yogurt |
