Ingredients:
3 cups beef broth |
3 cups water |
1/8 cup vegetable oil |
1 package beef stew meat, quartered |
2 medium yellow onions, sliced |
3 carrots, sliced |
1/2 large cabbage, chopped |
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced |
3 medium potatoes, diced |
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced |
salt |
course black pepper |
Directions:
1. In A Soup Pot Heat The Oil, Add The Stew Meat, Garlic, Onions, Salt& Course Pepper. 2. Cook On Medium Heat Until Browned, Approximately 6 Minutes. 3. Stir In Beef Broth, Water, Carrots, Reduce Heat& Simmer For 30. 4. Add Mushrooms, Potatoes& Cabbage Simmer 30-40 Minutes Until Done. 5. You Can Omit The Meat If You Choose To& Just Lightly Saute The Garlic& Onions. |
