The Bread Machine Cookbook Enough for 1 pizza. OAMC? Ingredients:
1/2 lb hot italian sausage, sauted and crumbled |
1 (28 ounce) can peeled plum tomatoes |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2-1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes |
2 tablespoons fresh italian parsley, minced |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine the sausage, tomatoes, garlic, pepper flakes and olive oil in a saucepan and simmer on low heat, stirring to break up the tomatoes, for 30 minutes.
2. Add seasoning and simmer for another 5 minutes.
