Hearty Sausage and Hash Brown Pie

Ingredients:
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
10 eggs beaten
1 24oz frozen shredded has browns, thawed
1 1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1/3 cup margarine melted
velveeta
Directions:
1. Combine potatoes, margarine and bouillon. Spoon into 2 greased 10"pie pan, pressing on bottom and up sides to form rim.
2. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove reduce to 350 degrees.
3. Brown sauage with onion, drain grease. Stir in cottage cheese and eggs. Pour on top of crust and put cheese on top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until set nor knife comes clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
