Ingredients:
1 cup bob's red mill whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 tbsp dry poppy seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar substitute
1 eggwhite
1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp almond extract
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix all dry ingredient throughly.
2. Create a cavity in the mixture.
3. Add eggwhite, yogurt, milk and extract in the cavity.
4. Throughly blend ingredients all together.
5. Pour 1/3 cup of batter on a sprayed non-stick griddle and griddle for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until throughly done.
6. Serve with favorite topping!!
