Easy to put together, put in the oven and forget about it. Ingredients:
1 or 2 pounds beef, cubed for stew |
1 can beef consume |
1 can tomato soup |
1 can tomatoes 14 1/2 ounces |
1 can green beans, drained |
3 stalks celery, cubed |
3 potatoes, peeled and quartered |
1 med. onion, diced |
1/2 cup red wine |
12 cup bread crumbs |
1 tbs. tapioca |
2 tbs. brown sugar |
1 tbs. salt |
Directions:
1. Combine and mix all ingredients well. Pour into a large casserole and cover. Bake in a preheated 250 degree over for 5 hours without removing the cover. (You can double the meat and vegetables, but don't add extra liquid>) |
