The Bread Machine Cookbook Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Use the darkest stout you can find. Ingredients:
1 cup dark stout beer |
2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1/3 cup onion, chopped |
1/3 cup molasses |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 tablespoons caraway seeds |
2/3 cup whole wheat flour |
2/3 cup rye flour |
2 1/2 cups bread flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
