Italian sausage and a bounty of vegetables join together in this flavorful soup. Ingredients:
1/2 pound italian pork sausage links, casings removed |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 (14.5 ounce) cans reduced-sodium chicken broth |
1 (14.5 ounce) can hunt’s® diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, undrained |
1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed |
1 (9 ounce) package baby spinach leaves |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage with onion in large saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to crumble sausage; drain. 2. Add broth, undrained tomatoes and beans; mix well. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Stir in spinach; cover saucepan with lid. Cook 5 minutes or just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. |
