1 cup yellow cornmeal |
1 cup flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 cups natural monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1 cup milk |
1/4 cup margarine |
1 egg, beaten |
1 green pepper, cut into rings |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients; add 1 C cheese and toss. 2. Add combine milk, margarine, and egg. 3. Mix until blended. 4. Pour into a greased 9 inch ayer pn. 5. Cover with remaining cheese, top with green pepper rings. 6. Bake at 425* for 20 min. |
