Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/2 chopped green pepper |
1 medium chopped fresh garlic |
2 (16 ounce) cans rinsed pinto beans |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 cup dried uncooked noodles |
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
salt |
course black pepper |
Directions:
1. In A Soup Pot Heat Oil, Add Water, Green Pepper, Onion& Garlic, Cook Over Medium Heat Until The Onion Is Transparent, Approximately 6 Minutes. 2. Stir In Beans, Chicken Broth, Stewed Tomatoes& Italian Seasoning. 3. Bring To Boil, Reduce Heat To Low, Add Noodles& Cook Until Noodles Are Tender, Approximately 10 Minutes. 4. Sprinkle With Shredded Mozzarella Cheese& Serve Hot. |
