A simple crock pot recipe. I like to also add potatoes. Ingredients:
2 lbs buffalo, 1/2-inch cubes |
5 carrots, chopped |
1 large onion |
3 stalks celery, sliced |
1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes |
1/2 cup quick-cooking tapioca |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
2 bay leaves |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Trim all fat from meat. 2. Put all ingredients in slow cooker. 3. Mix thoroughly. 4. Cover and cook on low for 12 hours (high for 5 to 6 hours). |
