Breakfast muffins... Ingredients:
2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup wheat germ |
2 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp allspice |
2 tbsp cocoa |
1 cup mashed banana |
2 tbsp canola oil |
1 orange |
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
1/4 cup molasses |
1/4 cup honey |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Combine wet and dry ingredients separately and then mix together. Grate the rind of the orange and then squeeze the juice into the wet ingredients. 2. Add the raisins and chopped nuts. 3. Fill 12 greased muffin tins & bake 375C for 15-20 minutes. |
