Ingredients:
3 cups water
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup barley
1/2 cup rice
Directions:
1. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Add all the other ingredients.
3. Lower heat and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally.
