This is very easy but it feels very fancy! It's a very light yet flavourful spread. Would be great if you are having someone over for drinks and conversation. Goes well with wine or dirty martinis... or champers! Read more !... Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 can hearts of palm - drained and cut in 1/2 |
1 1/4 cup pitted calamata oives -or to taste |
truffle oil |
Directions:
1. Roughly chop hearts of palm and olives in a food processor-do not puree- 2. Drizzle with oil and stir. 3. Serve in a small shallow bowl with a spreading tool along with pita wedges. 4. Enjoy! |
