Prep: 5 minutes. Dress up a simple green salad with delicately flavored hearts of palm. Ingredients:
1 (3/4-ounce) package fresh basil leaves (about large) |
1 (7.75-ounce) can hearts of palm, drained and sliced |
1/2 cup sliced bottled roasted red bell peppers, drained |
1/4 cup fat-free balsamic vinaigrette |
Directions:
1. Arrange basil leaves evenly on serving plates. Top evenly with hearts of palm and red peppers. Drizzle 1 tablespoon vinaigrette over each salad. |
