This is a delicious smoothie for breakfast or a snack. It is full of fiber and protein. Avacado is full of heart healthy fat, but you can't taste it in the smoothie.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberrie
1/2 cup mango, chunks
1/2 small avocado
2 packets aritificial artificial sweetener
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smoothe.
2. Enjoy!
