This is a delicious smoothie for breakfast or a snack. It is full of fiber and protein. Avacado is full of heart healthy fat, but you can't taste it in the smoothie. Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt |
1 cup frozen blueberries |
1 cup frozen strawberries |
1/2 cup frozen blackberrie |
1/2 cup mango, chunks |
1/2 small avocado |
2 packets aritificial artificial sweetener |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smoothe. 2. Enjoy! |
