From Madison Middle School. Ingredients:
1 no. 2 1/2 can tomato |
1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers, seeded and chopped |
1 large onion, diced |
3 garlic cloves, chopped |
1/4 cup butter |
grated cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine tomatoes, peppers, onion and garlic; simmer until slightly thickened. Pour into greased casserole; top with butter and cheese. Bake at 350* until bubbly. Leave seeds in peppers to make casserole hotter. |
