This recipe was in the Heart SmartĀ® cook book published by the Henry Ford Heart Center and the Detroit Free Press. It's a great, fast spread for a bagel or toast to get your morning-motor running. Ingredients:
3/4 cup 1% fat cottage cheese |
6 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend till completely smooth. 2. Serving size = 1 tablespoon. |
