Ingredients:
10 ounce(s) ahi tuna, divided into two portions |
2 ciabatta or focaccia rolls, toasted |
2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise |
2 cup(s) mixed greens |
2 teaspoon(s) olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
2 tablespoon(s) prepared pesto |
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 tomato, sliced |
Directions:
1. Coat the tuna with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on high heat for 2 minutes per side, until the outside is lightly charred but the interior is still pink and cool. 2. Serve on toasted bun slathered with the pesto and mayo and dressed with the vegetables. |
