2 pounds thawed southern style hashbrowns |
1 2 cup melted butter |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
pepper to taste |
1medium onion chopped |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
12 oz sour cream |
topping |
2 cups slightlly crushed cornflakes |
1 4 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix togethher all except topping ingredients. 3. Put in buttered 9x13 pan 4. Top with cornflakes. 5. Drizzle with melted butter 6. Bake for 1 hour. |
