A healthier version of the ever loved Zucchini Bread Ingredients:
2 cups splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 cup sugar |
3 cups whole wheat flour |
3 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
2 cups zucchini, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 tablespoon flax seed (optional) |
3 teaspoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl and stir. 3. Combine all wet ingredients in a different bowl and stir. 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients together. 5. Mix together until it is s doughy mixture. 6. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. 7. Bake for an hour. |
