Healthy yet Yummy Bran Muffins

This low cal, healthy version of bran muffins is a huge hit with my kids and so simple to make. They often ask me to make them. Just the right amount of sweet without all the calorie loaded ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 cup white flour (or 1/2 cup white and 1/2 cup whole wheat)
1 cup bran flakes
3/4 cup raisins
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
1 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons apples, sauce
5 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray (muffins will stick to paper liners).
3. Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.
4. In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients.
5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
6. Mix together until smooth.
7. Fill each tin approximately 2/3 full (more for a larger muffin top).
8. Bake approximately 18 minutes or until golden brown.
