Healthy low fat soup that can be made in batches and frozen.
Ingredients:
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans green beans
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
2 (46 ounce) cans beef broth (no fat)
1 bunch celery, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 lbs carrots, chopped
2 green peppers
1 (3 ounce) envelope lipton chicken noodle soup
Directions:
1. Chop up all the vegetables.
2. Place all ingredients into the large pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling lower heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
