Healthy low fat soup that can be made in batches and frozen. Ingredients:
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans green beans |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes |
2 (46 ounce) cans beef broth (no fat) |
1 bunch celery, chopped |
3 green onions, chopped |
2 lbs carrots, chopped |
2 green peppers |
1 (3 ounce) envelope lipton chicken noodle soup |
Directions:
1. Chop up all the vegetables. 2. Place all ingredients into the large pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling lower heat and simmer until vegetables are tender. |
