HEALTHY SOUP INDIAN STYLE Ingredients:
1.carrots 3 |
2.celery stick 1 |
3.onion 1 |
4.cut green beans(french |
beans) 1 cup |
5.tomato 1 big |
6.potatoes 1 medium |
7.rajma 1/2 cup |
8. coriander |
9. salt and pepper to taste |
10. 1 tbsp oil |
Directions:
1. 1. Wash and Cut all the 2. vegetables in medium 3. chunks. 4. 2. In a deep vessel put oil 5. heat, then put diced onions 6. saute. 7. 3. Add carrots,potatoes and 8. celery,cook for 3 min.s 9. 4. Then add green beans,saute 10. for another 2 mins. 11. 5. Add dieced tomatoes, stir, 12. cover the vessel with lid 13. and keep on medium flame 14. for 5 mins. 15. 6. Add water app. 1 16. ltr.,salt and pepper. 17. Cover with lid so that the 18. steam esapes thro' little 19. opening. 20. 7. Keep boiling for 50 21. mins. then add rajma. 22. 8. Serv once Rajma is cooked 23. or till the soup reaches 24. your desired consistancy. 25. 9. Garnish with coriander. |
