Healthy Twice Baked Potato Skins

This is a spin off of loaded potato skins. The turkey bacon and chicken make it healthier, but I don't know if that would make it a healthy meal. Flavors are eaily modified using spices during prep/cooking, though all natural is pretty good itself! Read more ! Figure one spud (2 halves) per person.
Ingredients:
baking size potatoes, washed, skin on.
1 cooked, diced chicken breast (seasoned as you prefer)
turkey bacon (4 slices per spud, 2 slices on each half)
finely shredded cheese, your favorite (i use cheddar)
your favorite condiments, i.e veggies, salsa, sour cream, herbs, spices, etc.
Directions:
1. Bake the spuds until they are done.
2. Allow to cool enough to handle, so you can cut the spuds in half and scoop out the potato flesh. Meanwhile, put the turkey bacon in the over to cook (suggested temp of 350, monitored).
3. Once hollowed, line the skins with 2 slices of the cooked turkey bacon.
4. Fill with some of the chicken.
5. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese (add any spices, herbs, or veggies you want cooked).
6. Bake at 350 for about 20 - 30 minutes.
7. Serve as is or topped with your favorite condiments.
