Ingredients:
2 pound(s) ground turkey |
1 package(s) frozen spinach chopped |
6 whole(s) green onions minced |
2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano |
2 teaspoon(s) dried basil |
4 tablespoon(s) ketchup |
2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) pepper |
2 cup(s) bread crumbs |
1 cup(s) parmesan cheese grated |
1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Thaw and drain spinach. 2. Combine turkey, spinach, green onions, oregano, basil, ketchup, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and cheese in large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in prepared baking dish. Bake 15 minutes or until fully cooked. 3. Freeze individually on a baking sheet then transfer to ziploc bag. |
