Healthy Turkey Chili

This is a good throw together meal. It takes longer than expected, but is worth it since you'll get a ton of meals from it.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
3 onions
5 garlic cloves
3 carrots
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans kidney beans
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
8 ounces frozen corn
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Sweat chopped onions in olive oil then add to large pot.
2. Brown turkey meat with chopped garlic and chopped carrots then add to large pot.
3. Combine everything else in the large pot and alter spices to your taste.
