85 g fresh tuna steaks, grilled |
75 g brown rice, boiled |
105 g frozen peas and carrots, boiled |
Directions:
1. boil rice - 20 minutes. 2. 5 mins to go grill tuna and but peas and carrots in the boiling rice. 3. serve your healthy meal :) - easy! |
