I'm posting for nutritional content. I make this for my kids when they want something sweet. Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries |
1 cup ice |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 cup skim milk |
6 ounces light vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. |
